Who we work with
Built for schools. Designed around students.
We work with schools to provide structured mentoring for students. The programme can support aspiring athletes and sporting students, as well as young people who simply want to develop greater confidence, direction, resilience and motivation.
Each school works with us to identify the students who will benefit most and integrate the programme alongside their existing sporting provision.
How the programme works
A year-long journey, not a one-off talk.
Students are supported throughout the academic year through a structured combination of goal planning, mentor-led content, live group sessions and regular opportunities to ask questions, reflect on progress and receive direct guidance from Max.
Simple for schools to deliver.
We provide the programme structure, content and mentoring support, while the school helps coordinate the student group, encourage engagement and facilitate access to the programme.
Bring the mentorship programme to your school
Whether you’re looking to support aspiring athletes, develop high-performing students or strengthen personal development provision across your school, the programme can be tailored around your students and school environment.
About Max
Max Whitlock is a six-time Olympic medallist and three-time Olympic Champion. Throughout his career, he has experienced success, setbacks, pressure, injury and the constant challenge of trying to improve and deal with pressures of the sporting world.
The mentorship programme brings together the lessons Max has learned throughout that journey and turns them into practical tools students can apply to their own ambitions.
